Automatically Launching QuickBooks after Exporting Purchase Orders
If you would like PrintPoint to automatically launch QuickBooks after you have exported your Purchase Orders from PrintPoint
1. File Menu > Preferences > Select > Accounting Links - Customer and Invoices
2. Choose QuickBooks from the Link Accounting To drop-down menu
3. Click Launch Path to Account Program
4. Select Accounting Application
Auto Launch option must have the “.exe” attached to the QuickBooks file. You cannot select your datafile for QuickBooks. You must select the application itself.
5. Check the Auto launch accounting program on export
