Estimates

• In the Visual Setup dialog for Booklets/Lots, the Open Custom button for defining custom layouts checks to be sure the page layout has been fully set up so that we know the page size, press & parent sheet sizes, etc. This insures that the number of possible signatures is defined before entering the dialog, without which the dialog could never be completed.

Jobs

• When creating gang run dialog records, if the Estimate is set to Perfecting, the run style of the gang run record is set to PER
• In the gang run dialog, the title of the run style is set to "Imposition" for certain data files, and "Run Style" for all others.
