New Features

Copier

  • If the Setup/MakeReady has a Qty specified, the OK button now makes sure there are Prices entered in the Setup area when saving the record. If it is time based, there must also be a BHR and times entered for each of the Ratings because they are used to calculate the Prices.

Large Format Device

  • If the Setup has a Qty specified, the OK button now makes sure there are Prices entered in the Setup area when saving the record. If it is time based, there must also be a BHR and times entered for each of the Ratings because they are used to calculate the Prices.

Post-Press

  • When saving, there are new checks in place to be sure the BHR and Times are filled in for Primary Setup and Additional Setup IF the setup type is "Setup/Fixed Only" or "Include Setup" and the Prices are time based.

Pre-Press

  • When saving, there are new checks in place to be sure the BHR and Times are filled in for Ratings table if it is time based.

Preferences

  • Estimates: a new set of radio buttons has been added to the Copy Estimate section at the bottom of Preferences->Estimating to specify how clicks should be calculated in Digital / Copy Estimates.

Changes

Post-Press

  • On the Setup/Fixed tab, the default actions in Additional Setup are now longer being shown in the Setup section as well.
  • When saving, we now check to be sure the BHR and Times are filled in for Primary Setup and Additional Setup IF the setup type is "Setup/Fixed Only" or "Include Setup".

Fixes

Estimates

  • when calculating Post Press Time in the Bindery section, the markup was incorrectly being included when calculating the costs.
  • In the Bindery Selector, the 2 difficulty label fields are now being properly hidden.
  • When running in 7000, when creating a new Estimate from the Daily Tasks menu bar, an Estimate Parent record is now properly created instead of a child Estimate.
  • When running in 7000, the list of child Estimates is now properly sorted by item number when the Estimate Parent record is first opened.

Jobs

  • When running in 7000, make sure the list of child Jobs is sorted by item number when the Job Parent record is first opened.

Post-Press

  • On the Setup/Fixed tab, the default actions in Additional Setup are now longer being shown in the Setup section as well.
