Estimates

• Offset: for Romania, fixed bad impression counts by removing special code for their country and replacing it with normal US code. This also required changing the dialog displaying the impression count calculation.
• Large Format: fixed remaining issues with customization of the MR qty and rate fields

Items Received

• Fixed bad window title string so that the window title for the entry form will be in the correct place in the Windows popup menu.

Job Descriptions

• Custom programming: in Large Format Estimates, when generating Job descriptions for Inks, the Job Description will get the

      labels from the settings in Preferences.  Side 1 Ink always shows, Side 2 Ink label only shows when the LF Estimate says it is 2 sided.
