New
Estimates
- In list view, added a new function to the Assign button to Assign Sales Rep to multiple Estimates.
Web2Print Users
- On the Addresses tab, there are new buttons to create Shipping Locations for both the Contact address and the Billing address. The new Shipping Locations are automatically turned on for the Web2Print User.
Preferences
- On the Paper Page, added a new field to specify the default markup for Paper when used in a Digital Estimate
- An update routine will set the new default Digital Markup to be the same as the existing Offset Markup in Preferences.
Paper
- Added a new field on the Pricing page to allow a separate markup when used in Digital Estimates. New records will default to the value specified on the Preferences->Paper page.
- An update routine will update each Paper record to set the new Digital Markup on the Pricing page to be the same as the existing Offset Markup.
Changes
Web2Print Users
- When choosing the internal Contact for the Web2Print User, PrintPoint will check to be sure the Contact has a Shipping Location that matches his name and address. If not, PrintPoint asks if you want to create it. If created and the Web2Print User currently has no default Shipping Location, the newly created Shipping Location is set as the default. The Shipping Location is also automatically turned on for the Web2Print User.
