Changes

Estimate

  • increased the length of Customer PO field from 20 to 40 characters.
  • increased the length of the fields Inks_On_Side_A_Text and Inks_On_Side_B_Text from 80 to 255 to match the fields in Job.

Job

  • increased length of Customer PO field from 20 to 40 characters.

Invoices/Invoice Items

  • increased length of Customer PO field from 80 to 255 characters because they are a concatenation of the POs from all Jobs included on a line item, and all the Customer POs in all line items of the invoice.

Shipping

  • increased length of Customer PO field from 20 to 40 characters.

Fixes

Estimate

  • fixed a bug when in a Worksheet, in the Booklets dialog, after changing the press and overriding the settings to match press defaults, if the number of signatures changes as a result, the custom setup dialog was not updating to reflect the new number of signatures, causing incorrect calculations.
  • fixed a bug in a custom feature in Digital Estimates: when choosing a digital press, the inks/sides vars in the drawing dialog are automatically set to the max colors of the device.
  • In Digital Estimates, fixed an issue where items related to book pricing were not properly hidden in new Estimates. Once a Matrix could be selected based on the Visual Setup, the items would correctly disappear. Now they are correctly hidden even before the Matrix is selected.

General

  • In the Search->Search Editor dialog, fixed a runtime error that occured when a String value was searched against a numeric field. Also added a warning and details about the field type selected.

Job

  • Fixed a bug in comparing inks used in a Job with that of its Estimate. The fields used in the Estimate were not as long as their matching fields in the Job, causing the Job to always think that the inks didn't match when the ink names were really long.

Paper

  • Fixed a bug where, if a Paper record is launched from another area (like Estimates), and the Adjust button was clicked in the Inventory tab, PrintPoint would get stuck in a modal-on-modal window, and the only way to exit would be a force-quit.
  • Fixed a bug where, if a new Paper record created, and the Adjust button was clicked in the Inventory tab, then the record was cancelled, we would end up with orphan inventory movement records.
