Web2Print Sites

• List view: The Search button now has a new item for Search by URL.

Attachments

• Added a close box to the attachments window that appears in various areas of PrintPoint.

Estimates

• When opening an Estimate created from a Web2Print Product Order, extra information about the order is displayed along the right edge of the Estimate.

Jobs

• Scheduling: Added a check to ensure that Activities always have valid Department, Cost Center and Operation values.

Messages

• Made cosmetic changes to the Message Watcher window.

Preferences

• Sequence Numbers: Allow the Product Order sequence number to be set (does not affect the web order numbers themselves).

Product Orders

• When converting to an Estimate, the checkbox in the Product Component Definitions for "Copy to Print Queue when Approving the Product Order Item" is now properly ignored when not selected.
• When converting an Order to Estimates, the Estimates created are not linked together for specific PrintPoint company data files.
• The product order item list now shows the item total when displaying a PrintPoint Storefront order. Pressero still shows the item Price, which does not include the sales tax because they only provide the sales tax for the total order.
• PrintPoint Storefront: an Estimate Template to use for converting an order item can now be selected in the Product Order or the Order Item Entry. If a template or estimate was set in the Product Component Description record, that is used when the order is created. This allows that to be overridden before converting to an Estimate.

Purchase Orders

• Removed the 'success' alert when a PO is emailed.

Attachments

• Fixed a bug where sometimes paths were being saved incorrectly with a Windows folder separator, causing an error dialog about missing files if trying to open the document on a Mac.

General

• Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the Ship Via popup to become disabled on various forms.
• Cleaned up localization issues for Spanish versions

Estimates

• Converting Linked Estimates to a Job:
•     - Fixed a bug, that was filling in the Proofs Due Date with the Job Due Date. Made it empty to be consistent with what happens when converting a non-linked Estimate.
•     - Fixed a bug that caused the Customer PO of one or more of the linked Estimates to be sometimes not be copied to the Jobs correctly.
• Fixed a bug that was causing the Customer PO and Last Job Number to get saved back to the incorrect Component inside the Notes dialog.
• Worksheet, booklet drawing dialog: prevent a possible divide by 0 error when calculating the press sheet factor in the Customer Setup dialog.

Items Received

• When selecting a vendor, the vendor's address is now loaded correctly.

Messages

• Fixed a bug that showed the incorrect Company name in the Message Watcher window.

Quotes

• Fixed a bug that caused the "Hide" checkbox in a quote Item to become disabled during data entry.

Web2Print

• When downloading orders from PP, order items no longer get NULL in the full shipping address if the shipping recipient name in the mySQL DB is not set to anything.

Web2Print Sites

• List view: The Search button's Search by Name function now does that instead of incorrectly searching by URL.
