Jobs

• In List View, add a new item to the Assign button called Assign Sales Rep to assign a Sales Rep to all selected Job records.
• In Entry View, all date fields now have the ability to use the following special keystrokes for entering dates:

'+' - add 1 to the currently displayed date
'-' - subtract 1 from the currently displayed date
't' - set the date to today
'm' - set the date to the first day of the current month
'h' - set the date to the last day of the current month
'y' - set the date to the first day of the current year
'r' - set the date to the last day of the current year

• In Entry view, when attempting to access a PO that has been deleted, give an alert to let the user know the PO has been deleted.

Products

• In the Add/Edit/Delete button's dialog, added the ability to past text into the Product filter to limit the displayed Products.

LargeFormat

• Use of an internal list of LF devices has been discontinued.

Product Orders

• When downloading an order from Pressero or PrintPoint Storefront, a default Sales Rep is now set for the Product Order.

Quotes

• Changed the label for the Customer to say Customer instead of Code Name.

Sales Reps

• Sales Reps are now linked to Product Orders and Invoices via the Primary Key instead of the Sales Rep Code.

Attachments

• Fixed an issue causing an alert to come up when attempting to overwrite an existing document in the destination folder.

Email

• When adding a document as an attachment to an email, ensure that the created filename does not have illegal characters for saving a document on the PrintPoint Client's operating system.

Estimates

• Fixed a bug that was not taking a new Post-Press Rates into account when cloning an Estimate.
• Digital Estimates: establish proper defaults for the Visual Setup dialog so the colors and number of originals have the same defaults when creating any new component. Defaults were previously only working properly for the first component.
• Worksheet/Shortform: fixed a bug causing the number out and number up strings to not be created unless the user went into the drawing dialog. This resulted in no text showing on some job tickets.

Purchase Orders

• In List View, when deleting a PO using the hidden key combination, Items Received records related to the PO Items are now also being deleted.

Quotes

• When changing the Contact, the salutation of the Quote report is now updated.
