New Features

Estimates

  • When entering a Customer Purchase Order in the Notes dialog, or the Estimate->Job conversion dialog (shown when converting linked Estimates to Jobs), the entered PO number is checked for uniqueness within the Estimates and Jobs for THAT Customer only.

Web2Print

  • On PrintPoint Storefront, we now handle Custom Orders and their attachments.
  • Created a new specialized method for specific PrintPoint customer to report on Web2Print sales in a time period specified when running the report.

Changes

Estimates

  • When adding a new Post-Press item on the fly from within the Post-Press Selector dialog, the Category and Activity Lists get refreshed to show the new item.

General

  • When building job descriptions, the actual bleed sizes will show up for a particular PrintPoint user instead of just showing the label specified in Preferences->Job Descriptions for the bleeds. Current functionality is designed to simply indicate that there are bleeds present, not the actual sizes. A specific user asked to have the actual bleed sizes show up.

Product Orders

  • The Sales Rep is now visible on the entry view.
  • When displaying a custom order from a PrintPoint Storefront, don't show the Product Code information because custom orders are not tied to a Product.
  • All date fields now have the ability to use the following special keystrokes for entering dates:
'+' - add 1 to the currently displayed date
'-' - subtract 1 from the currently displayed date
't' - set the date to today
'm' - set the date to the first day of the current month
'h' - set the date to the last day of the current month
'y' - set the date to the first day of the current year
'r' - set the date to the last day of the current year

Web2Print

  • When checking for orders on a PrintPoint Storefront site, improved the way we check for shipping locations and product publishing changes that were made on the website via the web browser.

Fixes

Bindery

  • Fixed some issues with visibility of objects that are relevant to the setup of the current Bindery item.

Customers

  • On the Accounting page, when using the Copy Address from Customer button, make sure the Primary Contact information is taken if the command/control key is not being held and there is no Contact with the Receives Invoices property.

List VIews

  • Fixed a bug where refreshing the list view was losing the currently selected row under specific circumstances.

Product Orders

  • Make sure the Customer's billing address shows up properly.

Purchase Orders

  • Fixed a bug in POs added through the Job entry screen that caused the emailed attachment of the PO to be incorrect.

Quotes

  • Fixed a bug that allowed users to change the Customer after an Estimate had been added to a Quote Item.

Vendors

  • In list view, fixed an incorrect error message when trying to use items in the Assign button to assign GL Accounts to a selection of records.
