Web2Print Users

• When selecting the Internal Contact when creating a new Web2Print User, the mySQL record for the Web2Print User is immediately created so that Shipping Locations and other links can be created automatically. If the new Web2Print User record is cancelled, then any mySQL record(s) created are deleted as well.
• On the Addresses tab, the Create Shipping Location buttons now say Update Shipping Location if the address already has an associated Shipping Location.
