• When entering the minimum or maximum order quantity on the pricing page, the opposite field is changed to insure that the Minimum Order Qty does not exceed the Maximum Order Qty.

Customers

• Fixed an array error when opening a Customer record, going to the History tab, and clicking on the Quotes sub tab on that page.

Web2Print Approvers

• A new concept for Web2Print Storefronts to create a list of people who can approve Web2Print Orders via email. This area does not apply to Presser Storefronts, only PrintPoint Web2Print Storefronts.

Web2Print Sites

• Added a new tab to show Web2Print Approvers available for the site. These are people who are used to establish an Order of Approval process for each Web2Print User.

Web2Print Users

• A new tab to create a multi-level approval process for each user. This allows the administrator to add Approvers from the list of available Web2Print Approvers for the Web2Print Site and indicate the Approval level of that Web2Print Approver. The Approval Process: When the Web2Print User places an order, Approval emails are sent out to all Level 1 Approvers. When a response is returned from a Level 1 Approver, if approved, emails then go out to the next level of Approvers. This process repeats until there are no more levels of Approvers for the user. Once all levels of approval have been received, the Print Job is created and marked as Approved so that PrintPoint Server can download it. If a rejection is received at any level, then the user and all Approvers at the same level are notified of the rejection.
