Estimates

• in Digital Estimates, the Customer PO was not being saved when leaving the Notes dialog
• fixed a rare issue when switching between linked Estimates that was causing an Offset Estimate to be turned into a Digital Estimate because the internal index type number was incorrectly being set to that of the Estimate you were switching to. The matching index type string was not updated, causing the user to be shown the Estimate was one type, when internally it was being handled as another type

Jobs

• in Digital Jobs, the cutout and layout pictures now include dimensions so they are displayed like Offset Jobs
