Preferences: Jobs - Synchronize Parts
This preference & option allows you to SYNC specified information across multi-part Jobs.

1. Preferences > Jobs-Synchronize Parts
- Select/Checkbox the information that you would like to Sync - per Job Type selected. (See the list above for the fields that can be chosen to Sync.)
- Press OK.
2. Open a Job that has multiple parts (e.g., 55555-A & 55555-B).
3. Use the "Auto Sync Parts..." dropdown on the lower-left of the form.
This is located in the GEAR Icon on the bottom left of the Job Form. This option is only displayed if the job has more than one part.
Press 'OK' to the dialog displayed to confirm the Auto-Sync process.
NOTE: After the initial sync, you must reselect the 'Auto-Sync Parts...' option each time the selected Sync information is changed.
